Good afternoon

My tenant has contacted me requesting if she could have a six week old kitten ---- hear we go.

Her tenancy agreement stipulates no pets. She has been with me for 4 months and works quite long shifts.

Initially, I was going to say "sorry but no" however, I am trying to be flexible and she does keep place clean and tidy and pays her rent.

Is it reasonable to request that kitten is neutered and request obviously that any damage cat causes will be her responsibility and request deep cleaning carpets. I know from past experience cat pee is so difficult to get rid off and with tenancy deposits disputes, I feel us poor old landlords have to pay the price.
