1.If a tenant is currently on a periodic monthly contract, can a new Fixed contract be signed at any date, or does it have to be on the date when the new monthly rent is due?
2.If the new contract is fixed for 6 months, can the rent be increased after that, by signing new 6 months AST or should we wait a year before an increase can happen?
3.Does the new RLA AST contract (without taking a a deposit), have a clause which explains when and how the rent can be increased?
4. When signing a new Joint AST is there a place on the form where we can mention/specify that the joint applicants are close family members(cousins)(4-5) forming part of one household, in order to avoid misunderstandings about HMO?
