What do you do if tenant responds very slowly to an ongoing repair, which has health and safety risks. or even just a normal repair, because from what I gather he does not like to be disturbed too much and prefers to reduce the visit times, even when there is a repair to be completed.
I have noticed by text and email and copied estate agent. I have made sure I highlight the importance and urgency of the job. Other than that, ultimately if a tenant decides to take a week before he gets back to you, what can you do?
