Rent house to company, for their staff to live in
I just had a viewing at the rental property; the MD of a non-chain posh restaurant very close by wants to rent the house for up to three of his staff (names to be advised) to live in.
I have had a look through the other posts on here, and note the concerns about insurance validity, inability to use AST contract, and caution on who does certification / right to rent ID forms, etc.
So, should I accept or decline this offer? Which contract should I use (do I need to use a solicitor to draft a contract)?
Does a 12 month contract with 6 month break point sound sensible?
