A tenant of 5 years plus had a new AST on 5 May 2015 and then has failed to pay rents in June July and August
Can I legally give the tenant a Section 21 before the date of the first 6 months period of the agreement expires? Or can I use a Section 8 ?
Or must I wait until November?
