I am acquiring a property in a rural area where the tenants have been resident for some years. They have had considerable flexibility to date, for example, building kennels and having a relative's camper van parked on the site.
I am able to set up a new tenancy agreement, does anyone have any advice for me in this situation, what can/should I include in the new agreement?
Also, would it be appropriate to ask for a deposit even though no deposit has previously been paid?
