Hello
My tenants are going away for two months, and my insurers have said that my insurance will be affected unless certain conditions are met. One of these is inspecting the property once a week. I have permission from my tenants by email, as they are very cooperative.
Do I need to do anything else? Specify dates I will come (they are away anyway), put notice in writing? If so, how do I word it? My plan was to go at least twice a week, check the property for problems, run the water, put the tenants' mail in a tray as requested.
Your help would be appreciated.
