tenancy where property is primary residence
I was wondering if you could help me.
We live in tied accommodation, so the property we own and rent out is our primary residence for tax purposes. Normally it appears that we are only eligible for tax relief on 50% of our mortgage tax payments, can you tell me whether this is still the case if the rental property is our primary residence, or can we get 100% tax relief in these circumstances.
