I am in the process of buying my eldery parent a bugalow. It will be me that is 100% financing this property and also paying the mortgage.. so they are staying rent free.

Do I still need to give my parents a tenancy agreement?

Also, my sister sadly is a money grabber.. so should i get my parents to sign a document to state that they have no legal claim to my property. I am just worried that when they are gone by sister does not try to lay claim to my property?

thanks in advance.
