I have a tenant who suffers from cystic fibrosis, which necessitates clearing his lungs with lots of coughing. The other tenants find this extremely unpleasant to listen to. He also doesn't cough into a tissue and farts while they are eating in their kitchen, the combination of these factors means that they would all be very grateful if he would leave.

How do I deal with evicting him? Bearing in mind in other respects he is a good tenant, pays his rent on time and lets me know of any repairs required in the house.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks
