I have British Gas HomeCare 400 on all my properties because I live so far away from most of them although this cover is expensive it means the tenants just contact British Gas directly, should I now put it in writing that they will have to go through me instead of going directly to British Gas.
For other repairs they text or email is this procedure still ok.
I have tenants moving in tomorrow and would like some more clarification/help with this template if possible.
