My long-term tenants, who are lovely, want to move out to a bigger place and move one of their mums in. They want to keep their tenancy as they're paying the rent (the mum is looking after their child, like a nanny, in exchange for the accommodation). How should I manage this? A brand new tenancy for the mum? Or just add her to the existing tenancy? Or leave things as they are, even though they're not living there but still paying the rent?

Thank you,
