Hi I am just wondering if there is currently a date after which we can no longer issue a section 21?
I assume we can still use the current process until the Government's proposals have been agreed and implemented?
My concern is that I have one tenant who is in rent arrears. I am persevering but only on the basis that I can reposes the property should the situation get out of hand. I am sure there are many Landlords facing the same dilemma with no confidence that the government proposals will safeguard us against bad tenants.
