1 Thanks
I have just made a change to the rent and the tenant is on a periodic ast, There is no problems paying so I issued a S13 with the recommend notice rather than a new contract as nothing else has changed. I use deposit guard, so do I have to take out a new protection for the existing deposit and then end the deposit (without actually paying it back). Deposit guard has not been back to me despite my messages to speak to someone and no e-mail replies. It is not clear on their website and completing the forms does not allow for re registering and then will I have to pay another fee even though it has not really come out of their protection.
Some advice would be welcomed, thanks
