2 months unpaid?
Where rent is payable monthly I understand that at least 2 months rent should be unpaid before servicing a Section 8 relying on ground 8. Does this mean that the rent should be 2 months in arrears or is the ground satisfied when the 2nd payment was due but is unpaid? For example if rent is due monthly in advance say on the 21st of each month and rent has not been paid on the 21st July & 21st August, should the date of service be the 22nd August (the day after the 2nd payment was due) or the 21st September when the rent is actually 2 months in arrears and the 3rd payment is due?
