Tenant problem HMO
I have a tenant in an HMO. He has been in the house for 3 years and from time to time has had "run ins" with some of the other tenants mainly over some of his food going missing.
He is a little hot headed and some of the tenants feel intimidated by him.
Tenants have complained to me and I have spoken to the problem tenant a couple of times mainly listening and then requesting him to contact me first if there are any further issues.
An incident arose a couple of weeks ago. One tenant had some of her property damaged - it was in a communal area. The strong suspiscion is that that this tenant has caused the damage - maliciously.
My question is:
What could/should I do or say to the "problem" tenant? Would it be a Section 8 issue?
