Hi,
I have just read the RLA 'Checklist for Renting' on the RLA website and come across the following:

"landlords now must provide an up to date version of the How to rent: A checklist for renting in England booklet at the outset of the original tenancy. Landlords are also required to provide a new copy at the outset of any subsequent tenancy, including statutory periodic tenancies, but only if there has been an update to the booklet."

My question/concern is the need to supply this at the start of a periodic tenancy. Is this correct? If so, it seems like another case of 'Superstrike' madness - does no-one learn anything?
