My tenants are over two months in arrears and I wish to repossess the property. The original six month assured shorthold agreement has lapsed into a periodic one and I wish to correctly serve notice. Would you please advise on the best protocol.
There was a guarantor for the rental payments in the original agreement.Is the guarantor still legally bound even though the original agreement has lapsed in to a periodic one?
