Looking for some advice.

Just trying to work out what are the legal obligations of the How to rent guide.
From my understanding a tenant needs to be given the current guide when they move in. Is it necessary to re issue them a copy of every revision that is made?
I have a problem tenant who has been at a property since 2016 and was issued the current how to rent guide by the agent when she moved in. I did give her the next revision at the first property inspection, but have not provided her with any others since.
I recently contacted the letting agent (large national company) last year to check that they issued all of the correct documents at the time of the tenant moving in and they suggested that I need to give the tenant a copy of all of the How to rent guides that are issued from the start of the tenancy until the current one? Is this correct?

Many thanks
