Agents Rules in Wales

Can anybody tell me please.... do I still count as an agent if the property is owned by my spouse?
We've recently taken back a property from an estate agency because they were doing such a poor job. I've done my landlord test with Rent Smart Wales, but this property is owned by my husband. The Rent Smart Wales website won't let me register as landlord for this property because my name isn't on the land registry entry, but when I've checked the rules for agency, it confirms that you are an agent if you act on behalf of a family member, but then only lists as examples, sibling, cousin parent etc, without making any mention of spouse. I can't find clarification anywhere else so I'm hoping somebody can put me right.
