In the RLA model Shorthold Tenancy it allows prospective tenants to come and view the property during the last month (or freehold purchasers). But a competent housing professional tells me that this is an infringement of the tenant's right to quiet enjoyment, and local authorities and Housing Associations never do this. Can you help me clear this up please?
