You might not be able to help, but I am a member! and I don't know really where to begin.
I own a top-floor leasehold flat in London. My 'Landlord' (Freehold) has notified me that they are considering adding another 3 flats above me - on the flat roof. (original planning said 11 flats only.)
Do you have any guidance notes on how I go about objecting? What research will I need to do?
Of course: check my lease, find out about who owns the air space above me, find out local council permitted height restrictions on developments in the area, but what else?
Can you provide any advice?
I would be most grateful - as I have to respond by 18 Nov 2019.
Many thanks
Mrs GT
