Hi We currently have an issue with Damp at one of our properties. We had a company out who have replaced the guttering and sorted out an issue with the rendering on the property which should sort the issue. Inside the wallpaper is now damp and mouldy and once dried out will need removing and walls skimmed. Who is responsible for this us the landlord or the tenant. We are working with them to resolve the issue and the tenants have been very good but would like to know legally where we stand should this change.
