I am seeking to use this form , a guarantor has asked these questions. Could you help with the answers please!

I am able to accept the limited liability for unpaid rent but I am very concerned about the draconian nature of some of the conditions that expose the guarantor to unlimited liability excluding rent. In particular:
1.2 on pages 1 and 2 state that liability for rent is limited but otherwise there is unlimited liability.
15 page 3 joint and individual liability of more than one guarantor
Explanatory Guide
page 6 limited liability for rent only
page 7 unlimited liability other than for rent/liability of guarantor/different guarantors for different tenants
Question 16 page 10 more than one guarantor

These conditions are very onerous and leave the guarantor in a very vulnerable position to the extent that the guarantor could be made homeless and bankrupt. Even if bankrupt, the guarantee does not terminate.
