We have a female tenant in a block of four flats. She signed an Assured shorthold tenancy in September 2014. Paying rent monthly.
We have had to write to her twice and verbally warn her about complaints from other tenants about her middle of the night arguments with her boyfriend, playing loud music at all hours, the obvious smell of cannabis coming from her flat and her general poor behaviour.
In our last letter back in August we stated that if the situation did not improve we would take steps to take possession.
We now want to give her notice. What is the best way to go forward?
