RLA Limited Deed of Guarantee states (just above place for guarantor to sign):

"In witness whereof the Guarantor has executed this instrument as a deed the day and year first above

Dated: ................."

So there is a place for for "the day and year" below. But 1) where is the place for the "day and year first above"?

2) Who puts the date first above. 3) Which date is it? Date of drafting unsigned deed? Date of guarantor's signature? 4) Or should it state "first below" This would make sense because the first thing below is the

day and year. RLA confirms eleswhere that tenancy and deed do not need to completed on the same date so
date deed "executed" is not automatically same as "Tenancy Agreement Dated ..........." Is it?
