AST and insurance clause D.1

As a landlord i have buildings insurance cover on my buy-to-let properties. Is this sufficient to meet AST agreement clause D1 ( ... and other usual comprehensive risks...).

Presumably the tenant should take out their own contents insurance for their personal items, to include cover for theft/fire etc?
