Hi there, I have a tenant that has failed to move out past the date on a Section 21 notice. Before I spend the money and get a possession order I wanted to ask your advice about the fact that I didn't show the tenant the current gas certificate or EPC when he moved in. Former was current, latter was renewed as had gone past 10 years and change of tenancy, and emailed to tenant mid-tenancy. Is the judge liable to throw the order out if this is challenged by tenant? To give some context, pretty sure everything else correct, tenant is 5 months in arrears, and I chose the Section 21 route over the Section 8.
