We have just purchased a newly refurbished flat in a building with 50 conversions from office to residential. The flat will be rented on an AST agreement.
The buildings/common parts insurance is covered by the developers/managing agent.
We own all the new white goods, new oven, new induction hob, new bathroom fittings, new electric wall heaters, One room is carpeted and the other is wooden flooring.

What is the minimum landlord insurance cover we should have?
