I have a tenant in a large amount of arrears, he has damaged the flat and recently connected his electric supply to the landlords communal lighting causing damage there also and a fire risk. I have written to him on numerous occasions asking him to contact but he doesn't. We recently had to change the lock to the main door of the property and he does not have one as he has not been back to the flat for around 3 weeks now. what is my position now with regards getting him or at least his possesions out. I know there can be serious implications if I just clear his stuff out and he decxided to return but I need to find a new tenant for the place asap as he does not pay his rent anyway.
