If have 3 properties and each was covered with a British Gas Homecare 4 Agreement.I did not have a problem with paying a “little” extra because of the service that we have received over the years however they have imposed, what I consider to be substantial price increase.I have changed provider on 1 property last month and have received another substantially increased renewal quote for another property ( due 28th Dec).
Have other members experienced similar increases and is there a credible alternative provider ?
