Tenants in flat are leaving in a couple of months, they have given notice.

I intend to advertise 6 weeks before they leave,ie mid Feb.

With arranging viewings What is reasonable.? with bedsits which I was renting out before the person was always out and didnt mind viewers coming without them being there

I think as they want to be present I will probably ask for regular times ie 2 hour slot on a Saturday(11 until 1) and a one and a half hour slot midweek eg Wednesday evening 7.30 until 9

I use the RLA AST whole property B15 "Allow possible new tenants and buyers to look at property(on at least 24 hours's written notice) during the tenancy
Unfortunately I did not put anything on the Addendum.

What do others do that works better for one bed flat with garden which takes more than the 15mins max view for a bedsit, therefore can't fit that many into a 2 hour slot?

Would welcome views
