I have a tenant whose tenancy started on the 15th Feb 2014,he was on periodic since. In July 2015 I increased his rent and this was verbal. I did not make any new agreement in writing. I want to serve him section 21, Does he come under new rules introduced in October 2015. Is he still on periodic and can I serve him notice just giving him 2 months notice under old rule? Thank you for your help
