When you issue the above Agreement for six months or one year, you stipulate a starting date and an end date on it.On the Certificate too you state a start date and an end date. Then after the end date on the certificate, the certificate becomes a 'Periodic',then for the following year which type of Agreement do you give to the tenant with fresh start and end dates together with the Certificate statig 'Periodic',which still states the previous years beginning date. Please clarify, have I got to give a fresh Agreement with current start and end dates?.If you may kindly text me on 07810014385 then I will call you if you need further clarification. Thanks & Regards Lionel.
