Ltd company house ownership/leveraging
I'm just starting in property investment and need some advice. I have a house which I own mortgage free and need to use some of it to buy another property - think its called leveraging? I need to know if it's better to set up a company account and sell my house to it then I understand I can release the equity since I bought it in order to buy my next home to live in and rent my current one out or vice versa ie continue to live in my current house and rent the next one out. I have watched webinars touching on this but not in enough detail. I would really appreciate your advice but if you're not able to offer this, then to be guided to which kind of expert I would need to speak to - a tax expert, wealth management, accountant or financial advisor. I cant seem to get off the ground. Thanks in advance for your advice.
