I have now gained possession through the courts however despite several attempts to communicate with the previous tenant who abandoned the property in August 2015 I am left with all his furniture, personal belongings and multiple tv's and electrical equipment most of it in pieces. I need to put an article in the public notices advising him he has 7 days to claim his goods before I dispose of them however I have been told I need to do this in a specific manner. Does anyone know the correct way to word this kind of article.?
