3 bed end terrace never had any problems with previous tenants re. condensation etc. Nor any problems with the other 3 in the row which are the same. Current tenants complained of "damp" in bathroom to begin with, refused to open bathroom window, we fitted extractor, advised to open window and provided factsheet. Now they are saying whole house is "damp". Have sent photos of black mould by chimney breast and in corner by front door. I have re-iterated ambient temperature, trickle vents open on windows etc which she swears she is doing but I cannot believe that she is. She is now threatening to go to Council and demands to be rehomed in another of our houses at the same rent until we "sort it out". I can give 2 months notice but am worried about retaliatory eviction. Any ideas please?
