Possession via Section 21 on an old AST created April 2015, which is now a periodic tenancy
I have an AST Tenancy that commenced in April 2015, I may wish to use Section 21 at some point, however the EPC certificate has expired during the tenancy. Do you need to have valid EPC at point of issuing a section 21, or will the expired be ok, as it was still valid at the start of the tenancy?
Or should I renew the EPC just in case?
