I have a CCJ against guarantor and one of joint tenants. (MCOL only allowed two defendants). The guarantor I now want to go for attachment of earnings.

The guarantor cohabits. Can I ensure that her partner's income is taken into account?

The tenant defendant works only part-time. Her husband, the other tenant is self-employed. Any advice on how to go forward with this?
