1 Thanks
ive got a block of 6 self contained flats ( 4 x studios, 2 x 1 beds) and ive just had an inspection from the council and he said my electric heating isn't good enough.
if we just concentrate on the studios which are quite small, in the main living/bedroom there is a wall hung panel heater with thermostat (could be classed as a radiator, i don't know too much about them) which the tenants don't use as they're too expensive. This has been good enough in the past when ive had inspections so why isn't it now? I sarcastically said to him "another rule change" and he responded with "you know what they're like".
so my question is, is there a cheap radiator/panel heater that i can put in that will be good enough.
no gas in the whole building so central heating is out the window.

thanks
Ben
