Later this week is the first date I can properly issue a Section 21 for my less than ideal tenant.( noise complaints and not paying all her rent)
The truth is though that as she is on HB ( never again ) with children I would not really want to have to head down the eviction route as it could prove tricky
Is there any point in issuing the Notice as a way of a very final warning whilst allowing her some leaway to find another property?
Am I right that if I issue within a fixed term the notice remains valid for 6 months even if the expiry date is in 2 months time? So, if she does not improve within that 6 months I can still instigate eviction proceedings.
