Can anybody advise me if there is a way to ensure a tenant leaves at the end of a 6 or even 12 month agreement without having to serve notices or go to court etc? Is there a document a tenant can sign at start of tenancy that is legally binding to say they will vacate or anything? I have landlords who want to rent for 6 or 12 months then need the property back for them to move back into.
