tenants have split and new identity
At this time of year i inspect the properties for repairs etc. In arranging a visit i was yesterday informed that one tenant (finished a relationship) has left 2 weeks ago. Rent has not been paid so i imagine arrears is going to increase. I must add; the remaining tenant has legally changed gender/identity...
i'm not to sure what the best thing to do is?
I have a guarantor from 6yrs ago.
If i want to do a s21: on the legal paperwork do i put my tenant's new/current name or historic name as on the tenancy agreement?
