Dear All,
I wonder if anyone can help.
I am in the process of selling a property and have a bunch of good tenants who would like to stay on, if the new buyer is amenable.
Does anyone know what happens to the deposit, which is registered with Depositguard?
Could I just transfer it to the new landlord (and the existing protection continue with a new certificate) or do I transfer it back to the tenants and then they re-deposit with the new landlord with a completely new protection?
Many thanks,
Milton
