Hi,
Let me just gripe for a minute here. I use software supplied by visionbase for my rent collections and organisation.
I am infact very satisfied with the product itself as it works as you would expect, it is fairly user friendly.
But let me say that if you encounter a problem and require help, they are a disaster. Helpful as they are if you ever do speak to anybody but the receptionist who is not actually their receptionist for another company that then puts you through to Paul at visionbase who's answer phone then takes your message and then you wait &wait &wait, try again another day and de ja vu!!!

VISIONBASE - If your listening you should get with the program &potential buyers just call them before buying the product to see what I mean.
