Section 8 Possession Order
Last month, we served a S8 Notice on a Tenant.
Tenancy started 25/9/19, and they currently owe 2.5 months of rent.
The Notice (served 13/1/20) period expired 29/1/20 (ie the date that we said a Possession Order would be applied for).
The tenant has subsequently come up with a payment plan.
Is there a time period from when the Notice expires to when we have to apply for the Possession Order, as we want to see if the tenant complies with his agreement.
If he defaults, can we them go straight to the Possession Order, or would we have to re-serve Notice?
