We have advertised for new tennants for one of our properties and have been approached by a family who are looking for accomodation whilst fire damage to their own home is repaired. They may not need to been in the house for a full 6 months but I think I am right in saying this is not a problem if both sides agree that the tennancy will end earlier. The rent will be paid for by their insurance company. Other than the fact that in a relatively short time we will have to look for new tennants again, are there any other downfalls that we should look at? On the plus side there shouldn't be a problem getting back possession as they have their own home to go back too.
