Hi Guy's

I am trying to establish other than normal costs can be set against tax.
I have two fairly specific instances,

I have had some minor works carried out at one property and currently some extensive work being carried out at a second property

The minor works are strip off and replace damaged plaster, inject new DPC paint and emulsion.

The major works are fit 3 upvc windows to replace rotten wooden frames, fit upvc door and frame to replace rotten items
New DPC, hack off plaster and replaster due to damp.
Renew electrics.
Remove unsafe fire surround and hearth
Remove toilet room from kitchen
Remove old kitchen, new units fitted
Renew plumbing
Repaint
Remove unsafe staircase, fit new staircase.

Builder will provide reciepts for work descibed

Appreciate it is a bit of a long list, is there is a definative docuement or article I could get

Cheers

Paul
