I have a property that I rent to the local authority to use for clients who report to them as homeless. They are given a "Licence To Reside" which allows them to stay until the council make a decision whether or not to house them.

I am finding it difficult to get building insurance in this situation. I cant believe for one minute it is not insurable. Has anyone got any suggestions. I have tried the RLA insurance website and they can't/wont insure it.
