I work for an education establishment called the Royal National College for the Blind, which is a specialist college for the visually impaired. At the college we also have commercial buildings which help to generate income. Included within these are 7 houses and a hall of residence with 30 rooms. We are looking to rent all this out to students from a nearby art college and to the local NHS trust nurses. Could you clarify which sorts of forms we should legally use for both types. Some will be short term 3-6 month agreements and some will be 6 month +. I have a basic knowledge, but I'm just seeking a bit of clarity, as to if the laws are different with regards to students and the fact that the accommodation is owned by an education establishment.
